• E-Voucher Sales
  ESKA^® e-Fill supports multiple e-voucher sales methods that can be used according to the operator’s business model and needs.
• PIN-Based Reselling Method
  The PIN-Based Reselling Method enables the reseller to easily use a mobile handset or Web interface to request a new voucher PIN from the legacy voucher system and provide the customer with voucher information. The system supports two approaches for the PIN-Based Reselling Method:
  
  

  • Online: in this case a direct integration with the legacy voucher system is needed so for ESKA^® e-Fill to retrieve a voucher number.
  • Offline: in this case no direct integration with the legacy voucher system is required; every time the reseller requests a voucher, it will be pulled from the available bulk in the system.
• PIN-Less Based Reselling Method
  The PIN-Less Based Reselling Method enables the reseller to request direct credit top-up for a prepaid mobile number, where ESKA^® e-Fill connects to the operator’s prepaid system and updates the customer balance with any amount and without the need to use any legacy voucher system or recharging media such as SMS, IVR or USSD.
• Multiple Interfaces
  The current release of ESKA^® e-Fill offers two flexible interfaces for resellers to provide their customers with e-recharging services anytime and anywhere.
  
  Reseller Mobile Application
  
  The mobile application is a Java-based application that can be easily installed and configured on any Java-enabled handheld device. The application provides a secure multilingual interface for resellers to request e-vouchers for their customers.

  Reseller Web Application

• Resellers Management
  ESKA^® e-Fill provides full information about each reseller registered in the system, including the reseller’s profile, the access rights, and the transactions limits. In addition, the privileged administrator can manage some credit and balance settings for that reseller.
  The system provides the ability to define the reseller’s hierarchy with the definition of the commission schema and balance thresholds for the dealers and sub-dealers.
• Reseller Balance and Commission
  ESKA^® e-Fill manages reseller credit deposits and dynamically calculates and records all reseller commissions according to predefined percentages.
• Multi-Operators
  ESKA^® e-Fill can be configured to dynamically work with a specific operator or a set of operators. This gives service providers an interface to a wider range of prepaid customers.
• Notifications
  ESKA^® e-Fill can be configured to send SMS or e-mail notifications to resellers or subscribers as confirmation messages or alerts.
• Transactions Logging
